The event provided them with the opportunity to come together and engage with each other on a social and cultural level through music, dance and sharing of native food which showcased the rich cultural heritage of the different languages in the camp and the host community.
Correspondingly, SELL team appreciated the management of the camp for making the event a distinctive one and called on the IDPs and the host community especially the young people to avoid anything that will have an effect on the peaceful coexistence of the community.

In the same vein, as way of economic empowerment, SELL Foundation distributed Small ruminant Animal to its volunteers and other items distributed were Wastebins, Solar Lantern, Trees to organizations, places of worship among others.
The training brought together participants from different youth groups, organizations and took place at the Sacred Heart Pastoral centre Jos and SELL Foundation Office Bauchi from the 8th -9th 2023
SELL FOUNDATION NIGERIA MARK ITS 10TH ANNUAL GENERAL REFLECTION
The event which took place from the 4th - 7th July, 2023 at SELL Foundation office in Bauchi brought together SELL volunteers across the North East and Plateau State Nigeria. It featured key activities like Business meeting, presentation of impact stories, SELL journey, talk and learning visit.
Comrade Steven Aluko-Daniel, the guest speaker talked on the theme of the AGR; he said most times policies failed due to lack of involvement during the process of formulation. Comrade Steve made a clarion call to the participants’ to always get involved in policy making and ensure its implementation for the good of their community.
After the talk, the 2023 AGR participants proceeded to Tafawa Balewa Tomb for a learning visit.
